Synopsis :
เรื่องย่อ : Cold War2 หลังจากปฏิบัติการโคลวอร์ ทำให้หลิวเจี๋ยฮุยได้ขึ้นเป็นผบ.ตร. แต่ทว่าผู้อยู่เบื้องหลังยังไม่ยอมจบ เขาได้สั่งการให้จับตัวลูกเมียหลิวเจี๋ยฮุยไป เพื่อจะแลกเปลี่ยนตัวกับหลี่เจียจุ้น สุดท้ายหลี่เจียจุ้นก็เป็นอิสระ หลิวเจี๋ยฮุยจึงตามไล่ล่าเขาอีกครั้ง เมื่อหลี่เหวินปินรู้ข่าว จึงขอร้องหลี่เจียจุ้นให้ไว้ชีวิตหลี่เจียจุ้น แต่สุดท้ายหลี่เจียจุ่นก็ถูกฆ่า ทำให้หลี่เหวินปินไม่พอใจมาก จึงคิดจะกลับมาเป็นตำรวจอีกครั้ง เป้าหมายเพื่อจะเล่นงานหลิวเจี๋ยฮุย โดยมีเหล่าผู้มีอำนาจในเกาะฮ่องกงคอยช่วยเหลือPicking up some time after the events in the first movie, Sean Lau is now the Commissioner of Police after the successful rescue operation. However, things turn bad when his wife and daughter are kidnapped. Sean has to seek help from former rival and retired DCP, Waise Lee, to return to his job to help save Sean`s wife and child.
