Nick (Sorbo) returns to his hometown after his father, the town's sheriff, mysteriously dies in an auto accident. He soon discovers that the pleasant community he grew up in has been taken over by a violent gang of over-zealous thugs who intimidate and strong-arm the community into selling them their businesses. With the aid of an FBI agent and some old friends, Nick becomes the new sheriff and will do everything in his power to defeat the gang and their ruthless leader in order to take back his town.
